Sewers Interview

Hi friends! Just popping in to let you know that my friend Darci over at Stitches & Scissors featured me in her Sewers Interview Series. Head on over. :)

When I went browsing through my photos to find one for the interview, I realized that I haven't had a picture of me, just me, taken in years! They are all with the kiddos...not that that is a bad thing! Please tell me that I am not the only mama with that dilemma! Anyways, here is a self portrait taken Saturday morning.
Yes, I'm still in my pajamas.

xoxo, Angela

Angela-
At the beginning of last fall when I was skipping through some blogs, and linking to their favs, I came upon one with a great idea. It was a challenge called Missing MOM... for a year, once a week, you post a picture of you. Have someone take it or take it yourself. Lots of camera's have timers, and even kids can take 1 good digital shot if they take a dozen. It took over a year, but I got 50 of me on my blog. We do a weekend twice a year at the HI Express in Findley Lake, and I started over this year with that group shot as MM#1. Try it. It's kind of fun to see what you were doing each week and how even old moms change a bit in a year!!

I just read the comment before mine - HI at Findley just like I invited you (except she's not part of our group). Anyway, love the picture; you are a cutie.

What a great interview. I wondered how you got started with quilting.

Hope you get a sewing machine for Christmas!

I had the same problem. One of my kids craft articles was shared on a website and they wanted a photo of me and I couldn't find one where one of the munchkins wasn't with me *grin*. Must be a common problem for us mamas! You are very pretty in your photo and great interview to :)
